Change starts the moment you ask for help

I realized early on that my focus would be to support people when they need it most. I have a special interest in increasing support for the lgbtq+ population. Everyone deserves a space to take care of their mental health, now more than ever. I would love to work with a client to help create that space together.

We listen, act, and transform

I have worked in community mental health for 12 years. I have made my career one where I have gained experience in as many roles as I could to be able to provide the most comprehensive support for my clients, starting with residential work, emergency services, in home support and more. I have worked with both adults and children and adolescents. I have extensive experience In family systems work as well behavioral techniques, anxiety and depression. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I like to work with my clients to create a plan centered around what they hope to address and always try to bring everyone’s voice to the table. Asking for help is hard and being ready for help can be even harder. I am here to be a partner with my clients and help them realize the strengths and progress they already bring to session from intake. Change is not impossible and things can get better if we can both put effort into treatment.
